Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the uus4d platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
Six principles that underpin every clause in the uus4d Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited to use uus4d. Age verification is mandatory.
Each individual may hold only one active account on uus4d. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending review under our anti-fraud procedures.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in your account dashboard at all times.
Every bonus offered by uus4d carries clearly stated wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and eligible game categories — published upfront, no hidden clauses.
uus4d enforces deposit limits, session time caps, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools. Players are encouraged to use these tools and are never penalized for doing so.
Any unresolved dispute between you and uus4d will be escalated to a neutral dispute resolution process. Our support team at [email protected] is the first point of contact.
In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the uus4d Platform. We operate a strict 21+ policy in line with the responsible gaming standards applicable to our target player base in Indonesia.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily intended for players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you access the Platform of your own free will and that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you currently reside. uus4d takes no responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction; that determination is your sole responsibility.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on uus4d:
2.4 Ongoing Eligibility. Eligibility is a continuing requirement. If you cease to meet any eligibility criterion at any point during your use of the Platform, you must immediately cease using uus4d and notify our support team. We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of uus4d services, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials will be treated as having been authorized by you.
3.4 Suspected Unauthorized Access. If you believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify uus4d immediately by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending verification.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
4.1 Verification Requirement. uus4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request — and at any point during your use of the Platform at uus4d's reasonable discretion — you may be required to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment methods registered to your Account.
4.2 Accepted Documents. Accepted identity documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid passport, or a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM). Proof of payment method ownership may include bank statements, e-wallet screenshots, or similar documentation.
4.3 Verification Timeline. uus4d will endeavor to complete KYC verification within two (2) business days of receiving complete and legible documentation. Withdrawal processing will not commence until verification is confirmed.
4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of a formal request may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until the required documents are received and verified.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. uus4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), QRIS, and international cards (Visa, Mastercard). Available methods are displayed in your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on uus4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction; any associated conversion fees are borne by the Player.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. uus4d aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the same business session for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security review. uus4d reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
5.5 Own-Account Rule. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. uus4d will not accept payments from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
5.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum required amount.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. uus4d reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances in accordance with applicable law, following prior written notice to the registered email address.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by uus4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are stated clearly in each offer's terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. uus4d actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses using related accounts, placing low-risk or mathematically structured bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, and using automated betting strategies. uus4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where abuse is detected.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
6.5 Withdrawal Prior to Completion. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement remains incomplete, uus4d reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to that bonus from the withdrawal amount before processing.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by uus4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets that exceed the applicable market stake limits or that appear to be placed in connection with fraudulent or irregular activity.
7.2 Obvious Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error — including manifestly incorrect odds caused by system failure, data feed error, or human input error — uus4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account balance.
7.3 Football Betting. For football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, settlement is based on the official result at the end of the scheduled 90-minute playing period plus any injury or stoppage time, unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are excluded from standard match result settlements unless explicitly included in the market description.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. uus4d accepts no responsibility for delays between a player placing a bet and the system confirming it due to network latency or device performance issues.
7.5 Togel Markets. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the referenced draw authority (Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, or Macau, as applicable). uus4d is not responsible for any changes to draw schedules made by the relevant draw authority.
7.6 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet in progress, uus4d will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the stake will be refunded. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will be voided.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uus4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:
9.1 All content on the uus4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the proprietary property of uus4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from uus4d.
10.1 Service Availability. uus4d endeavors to maintain Platform availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service disruptions, or factors outside our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. uus4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Wagering Losses. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. uus4d is not liable for any gambling losses sustained through your use of the Platform, provided that the relevant games and markets operated correctly.
10.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, uus4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude uus4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11.1 uus4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein.
11.2 uus4d will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers essential to the operation of the Platform (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention providers) and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.
12.1 uus4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion — accessible from your Account dashboard at any time.
12.2 If you believe your gambling has become problematic, you are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from our 24/7 Indonesian-speaking support team. Full details of available tools and support resources are set out on our Responsible Gaming page.
12.3 uus4d enforces the 21+ age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all transactions voided, and the matter reported in accordance with our legal obligations.
13.1 uus4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a specific bet was placed shall govern the settlement of that bet, unless the amendment in question corrects a manifest error or is required by applicable law.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact uus4d's support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) business days for the matter to be resolved informally. The majority of Player queries and disputes are resolved at this stage to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.
14.3 Formal Dispute. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a neutral, independent arbitration process. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
14.4 Language. All dispute communications, submissions, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. uus4d's support team also provides assistance in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) as a courtesy, but the authoritative language of these Terms and any formal proceedings is English.
